At 52, Ben Affleck spotted with mystery woman, 36, who users say “looks exactly like” Jennifer Garner

You’d be forgiven for thinking that the whole sorry saga involving Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez was at an end, what with the latter having officially filed for divorce last week.

Forgiven, but wrong.

No, the tale still has some juice yet, it would seem, with new reports and speculation dealing with the potential next steps Affleck and JLo are taking readily available online.

Affleck, it would appear, could well be in the process of moving on – if reports can be believed – having already been spotted sharing the company of a mystery woman…

The writing has been on the wall for an awful long time regarding Affleck and Lopez’s marriage. The pair reunited almost twenty years after the breakdown of their first romantic engagement, and for a short spell it looked for all the world as though they’d obtain the happy ending fans had always envisaged.

Indeed, when ‘Bennifer’ finally tied the knot at a surprise wedding Las Vegas in 2022, they looked set to ride of into the sunset as one of the most influential celebrity marriages of the 21st century.

Earlier this year, however, cracks began to show. Affleck, it was said, had moved out fo the couple’s plush Beverly Hills mansion, while both parties were seen at times without their wedding rings. With the rumor-mill kicking into overdrive and pressure mounting for some sort of clarification, neither Affleck nor Lopez said a word, further fueling the idea that something was seriously amiss.

When Lopez canceled her planned tour of North America, citing a need to spend time with her family, it was plainly obvious to anyone who cared to look that there was a strong chance she and Affleck were headed for divorce.

Then, at the beginning of last week, Lopez filed divorce papers at the Los Angeles County Superior Court – on the very day, no less, that marked the pair’s second wedding anniversary.

Just how the couple are processing the break-up behind the scenes isn’t known, but Affleck, at least, isn’t cooped up in a dark room somewhere pondering what might have been. That’s if reports are to be believed, with the 52-year-old having been spotted hanging out with the same female companion on multiple occasions since Lopez filed for divorce.

Said woman has captured the attention of people online, some of whom are pointing out the fact that she bears an apparent resemblance to Affleck’s ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.

The mystery woman in question is 36-year-old Kick Kennedy, the daughter of Robert F. Kennedy, with Radar Online having first published a report on August 24 (four days after JLo’s filing) relating to the pair’s excursions.

Radar say Affleck and Kennedy have been sighted at flashy hotspots like the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel, though neither have commented on the nature of their relationship at the time of writing.

One X user wrote: “[Looks] exactly like Jennifer Garner…“

“She looks like his [ex-wife], not [JLo]. Jennifer Garner,” chimed another.

“Jennifer Garner [look-alike],” one person wrote on Instagram.

Another fan wrote on Facebook: “She looks more his type than J-Lo does… as in Jen Garner more than Jen Lopez seems his type.”

Last week fans made no secret of their belief that Affleck looked “happy” on the day Lopez filed for the dissolution of their marriage.

Affleck was spotted arriving back in Los Angeles with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner on August 20 (when Lopez filed the divorce papers), and that was enough to get people talking online.

“Man is happy!” one person commented on Instagram.

Another added: “He is so happy. I have never seen him smile like that. Whoa.“

“He looks SO happy!” penned a third.

A fourth wrote: “I kinda feel bad for jlo. I think she tried too hard to make it work, but he always showed a bad face with her and with his kids mom all happiness. Imagine how your wife may feel.”
