Sold as is, J.B. Knight House – This unique example of split-level Greek Revival architecture was built between 1815 and 1825 and is listed on the National Historic Register as the oldest home in Hopkinsville and Christian County (home is outside the historic district jurisdiction).

The home belonged to the real estate mogul, J. B. Knight and his family for around 100 years and comes with two albums full of original letters from Mr. Knight. Part of the local lore includes its involvement in the Civil War and the Knight Riders, per William Turner, the Christian County Historian.

Original shiplap flooring in the living room and upstairs rooms, and 100-year-old flooring throughout most of the main floor. 10-foot ceilings are present in the split-level basement rec. room, throughout the first floor, and the living room / parlor.
